Fees

Therapy sessions are priced at $180. Please note that fees may be subject to adjustment if your sessions are covered by insurance. 

 

​In-network Insurance

I am an in-network provider for Premera, Lifewise (except for Lifewise Alpine), First Choice Health Networks and Kaiser PPO plans.  I am also in-network for most Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, with rare exceptions. The exceptions that I know of are Regence, BCBS Boeing, and BCBS FEP.

Out-of-Network Insurance

For other insurance carriers I can provide superbills with all the essential information that can be used by the subscriber to submit your own claims to the insurance provider for reimbursement. I can also help locate claim forms online help navigate how to use a superbill.
